Roofing FAQs
Clear starting points for roof life, visible damage, estimates and project timing.
Do I need a new roof?
Cracked, curled or missing shingles, ceiling stains, blistering or peeling paint and recurring leaks can all signal a problem. Age matters too, but a roof should be evaluated as a whole before deciding between repair and replacement.
Do I have to pay for an estimate?
No. Roofing estimates are free of charge. Contact us with the property location and the issue you are seeing to get started.
How can I schedule an appointment?
Call us at 613-908-0993 or complete the estimate request form. We will follow up about the appropriate next step.
How long does a roofing system last?
A properly installed roof may last roughly 15 to 25 years, but material, workmanship, UV exposure, weather, ventilation and maintenance all affect service life.
How long will the work take?
The schedule depends on roof area, slope, complexity, material, weather and whether hidden deck repairs are discovered. The expected duration is discussed with the proposed scope.
Do you install commercial roofs?
Yes. We install, service and repair residential and commercial roofing systems, including flat and low-slope roofs.
Does a leak always mean the roof must be replaced?
No. A localized flashing, penetration or material defect may be repairable. Replacement becomes more likely when deterioration is widespread or the roof is near the end of its useful life.
